These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClickFlowBrand, an AI-powered content and conversational marketing platform operated by ClickFlow Grow Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ClickFlowBrand is a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables business owners and marketers to generate, manage, and distribute AI-assisted content — including promotional campaigns, email sequences, social media assets, and conversational marketing materials — to attract, nurture, and convert their ideal clients.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months following cancellation.
A minimum notice period of 30 days is required before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancellations submitted within 30 days of the next billing date will take effect at the end of the subsequent billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be considered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service ("Input") and all content generated by the Service based on your Input ("Output"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Input solely to provide the Service.
Our platform: All software, interfaces, designs, and proprietary systems that constitute the Service remain the exclusive intellectual property of ClickFlow Grow Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our platform to you.
AI-generated content: You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated Output before use. We make no warranty that Output is free from errors, plagiarism, or third-party intellectual property infringement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickFlow Grow Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that causes harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your local jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
